Thanks to its location, it\u2019s the\nstation with the largest volume of passengers in the whole system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The station is\nnamed in honor of Parque Berrio, the square on which it is located. It is from\nthis square that the growth of the city began, though its course has changed\nsomewhat throughout the decades. Here,\nthe chapels <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Iglesia_de_la_Veracruz_(Medell%C3%ADn)\">Iglesia\nde la Veracruz<\/a>&nbsp;and\nthe <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bas%C3%ADlica_Menor_de_Nuestra_Se%C3%B1ora_de_la_Candelaria\">Bas\u00edlica Menor de Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de la Candelaria<\/a> can also be found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The station, situated\nabove the intersection between the streets <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/w\/index.php?title=Calle_Colombia_(Medell%C3%ADn)&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1\">Colombia<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/w\/index.php?title=Avenida_Bol%C3%ADvar_(Medell%C3%ADn)&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1\">Bol\u00edvar<\/a>&nbsp; faces\nthe <em>Nutibara Plazuela<\/em>, the <em>Palacio de la Cultura<\/em>, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Museo_de_Antioquia\">Museo de Antioquia<\/a>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hotel_Nutibara\">Hotel Nutibara<\/a>. Next to this\nhotel, transport to the airport &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Aeropuerto_Internacional_Jos%C3%A9_Mar%C3%ADa_C%C3%B3rdova\">Aeropuerto Internacional\nJos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda C\u00f3rdova<\/a> can be found.
